We have used VBS for over 20 years and they've always been great. They pull out the stops to help when you're in a jam, and are in no way inclined to take advantage of you. In my experience they have been thoroughly trustworthy and are wonderfully friendly. Highly recommended.

Having purchased many Fords and used Millers on all of them, i am now the owner of the 150bhp Diesel KUGA 2wd. I have been informed by Ford that the oil now to be used is the 0W30 and NOT 5W30 as stated in the Millers web page..maybe another check is in order...Many thanksHARRY BAKERSLEAFORDLINCS

I had a delivery 2991175 by a driver I can only describe as the most chauvinistic patronising person I have ever encountered, apart from calling me luv and darlin throughout our conversation, he refused to give me a minute to get my neighbour to allow access to deliver oil, saying sorry luv, ain’t happening today!My daughter commented, he never would have spoken to you like that had you been a man! I am on fumes, and have gone with a different company who’s drivers are polite and helpful! I hope your HR department takes notice ! Oh and he wasn’t wearing a mask!

So we use Oil4Wales for boiler breakdown cover on a property I run as a holiday let. Following a guest complaint regarding heating not working I called out an emergency engineer who visited the property deep within the Snowdonia National Park and fixed the problem in excellent time and also rang me to update to what the issue was.
