Having worked with Alex for over 5 years in my previous employment I expected a good level of service because I know how hard she works, bear in mind she worked hard prior to starting up her own business.Now working in a industry she takes great pride in with a product she knows everything about, she as well as her team, has surpassed all expectations. She has a way of adding that personal touch to something and you can see the care taken in putting together her arrangements.Thank you Alex for the 30 roses I had arranged for my wife on her 30th birthday, they are stunningly beautiful and cleverly arranged. I can’t thank you enough, she will love them.I can not recommend Mise en Scene enough.Thank you.Scott Vickers

Has been my go-to hotel for years whenever I come home to Cardiff and have always been happy with it, but this is the first time I've had time to use the pool and spa, and the changing rooms were like stepping into a different building: broken/rusted lockers, broken ceiling tiles and broken locks on the shower doors, used plaster left on the bench, steam room with no steam, surly receptionist.It's a shame because the spa/pool was always a big factor for me in choosing this Hilton compared to other local hotels, I just never had the time to use it until this week.That being said everything else about the hotel is great, so if you don't plan to use the pool/gym it's 5 stars.

I go here twice a week for line dance classes. Always clean and tidy.

Food was very good, staff were excellent, we will definitely be going again.

Food and servers lovely, music a bit loud, but they turned down once requested. Lovely spot, nice relaxing atmosphere...barman good craic too....the small things always make a difference, so thank you for the giggles!

We recently had our Lockdown" wedding at Tapton Hall

Helped out with bunk fest with sounds and djing. Sadly people in the audience couldn't keep their hands to themselves and the manager had no option but to close the function down. Sad really as up to that point, everybody was having a great time and the atmosphere was really positive. Hope to go back again soon.

Went for Christmas market. Really good. Great stalls. Just wish there was more seating

Would give 0 if I could. No care about neighbours at all. Music banging till after 22.00. No consideration that someone go to work in the morning. Plus fireworks so late it's unbelievable. So little respect to people living around..

Had my walima ceremony at this venue back in August, we visited the venue initially and had a consultation with Imran Bhai who is extremely helpful. He ensured that all our needs were met for the special day. On the day, he was there himself to ensure things went smoothly. Food was brilliant, would 100% recommend this venue to everyone, they are honest trustworthy people.
