My partner had terrible service when purchasing a house. They were very slow to do anything. Charged us over £20 for sending letter. Then when they sent us a letter they did not attach stamps so we had to pay on top. Staff were rude. Took 6 months to do paper work for a sale house. Would not recommend. I feel we pay to much and got very poor service.

The solicitor dealing with my case didn’t want to pursue it any further, I understand but saying that‘ Defendant has taken reasonable steps to treat you in line with the guidelines’ is appalling provided that this firm is suppose to be emphatetic and supportive. To cut long story short I was discharged with ectopic pregnancy without any follow up plan to treat my condition, which resulted in internal bleeding and required life saving surgery two days later.It’s quiet sad to hear that according to Gemma this was the hospital treatment I deserved. The treatment that if I didn’t take the matter in my own hands and went to another hospital then probably I wouldn’t be here to write this review.

I recently bought a property and instructed Jessica on the purchase. I am very pleased with the great communication and work Jessica provided. Jessica was both prompt but precise. Incredibly efficient and organised, Sam Austin and Lisa Taylor had everything sorted well in advance which really gave us peace of mind. Sometimes a little difficult to get through to on the phone because they are so busy, but the app is excellent and they always respond by email. We had a difficult and protracted purchase but BLJ always gave us confidence that they were working hard to complete. Lisa was particularly supportive at the end! I have recommended to all my friends who have all also been very happy with their work.
