We have flown with Jet2 for years now we couldn't be more happier flying with this airline the staff are always so kind and helpful we have never had a bad experience with Jet2 they always do an amazing job doing what they do and we can't wait to fly with them again next year!

Worst policies and customer service.I have spent over 7 hours on the phone with them after they cancelled my flight. Each time giving me false information or hanging up on me. They are not agile, not available, and not responsive. They can't find solutions to problems they caused.I have had way better experiences with low cost companies, so they are definitely not worth the money.

I travelled with PIA for the first time from Lahore to Manchester. Unlike to the negative comments we hear about PIA, I had a very pleasing and wonderful experience with the flight and with the whole service and the crew was very friendly and caring. The food was quite Okay as well. The biggest advantage I had with PIA was the direct flight to any destination in UK and the avoidance of any transit for 3-5 hours, which I hate to wait with out any reason. So overall I had quite a good experience with PIA. The only drawback that I found was that cleanliness wasn't up to mark.

Work

We thought the lounge was very comfortable and the quality of the food and service was much better than the other Gatwick lounges we’ve experienced. It’s not quite to the Dubai standard of Emirates but they’ve done well for Gatwick. The staff were very friendly.

What an incredible experience for my son! Would thoroughly recommend the flight simulator. His instructor, Neil, was amazing and instantly put him at ease. He explained everything clearly and praised him loads too. The equipment is just amazing-very realistic and my son absolutely loved the whole experience. We will definitely be back to try out the other models too!

Incompetent. Avoid this airline if at all possible.

Flew with ba for a family holiday to St Lucia, booked the whole holiday through ba. Checked in online and received boarding passes, arrived at the airport with 3hrs before departure. Bag drop off was super easy and quick. Flight was delayed by 20 mins, but this was not due to ba. When we arrived our transfer to the hotel was waiting and was a very pleasant ride. Coming home our transfer picked us up, without any contact from ba, a very smooth process. Check in was speedy and efficient, however the flight was delayed by 50 mins. overall no complaints

A great company for organizing your business travel. good connections with all the charter companies and good value, extremely high quality. Jetair staff are helpful and knowledgeable and assist at every stage of your booking.

Booked my flights through virgin but for some reason, the return flight was operated by a partner. The partner canceled my flight the day before. We received no notice from virgin or the partner. We have no place to stay and a child with us. Virgin has accepted zero responsibility and they keep telling us to deal with the partner. Why offer the partners services through their website????
