Wonderful second-hand bookshop with very friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of character and charm and a really interesting range of books. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful place for bargain price books and craft materials. Situated in the busy King Square Shopping Centre West Bromwich by the traditional Indoor market.

Beyond Words is always the first place I go to when looking for photobooks. They have a great range of books and if they don't have a certain book in stock will always go out to find it for you. Living in Edinburgh, I am also lucky to have the personalised delivery service where Neil will hand deliver the book for you.

The best bookshop there is, really supportive of independents and running lots of events! Welcoming faces happy to either leave you to browse or have a natter and help you pick. They have the best children's book area I've ever seen.

It was a better store, though lacking much stock. Friendly one member of staff, even though she was next to me, I asked would she serve me, no response, I had to ring a bell in order for that to happen.Perhaps better customer service is in need, this company has given up skills since incorporating the Post Office services

Beautiful local bookshop also selling coffee and cakes. Wonderful selection of beautiful books. The kids section is fantastic. We haven’t seen anything that we’ll put together with such well chosen and good quality kids books before. Great place to go for a thoughtful gift. I think they can order books in specially too. Highly recommended.

It's a beautiful and quiet shop with several books in different languages, the staff were kind to me and helped me to find what I'm looking for easily, I really recommend this place

A wonderful place to visit.I had come to have a wonder around to look for interesting non fiction books and genres such as photography, arts and nature.The store had three floors, although I had only checked out two of them. The basement floor, where I spent the most time, was a really nice visit. The book selection was organised around the walls of the room, the centre of the room with many tables and chairs to sit down and read or work on your laptop, and there was also a small cafe to order hot/ cold drinks, and food such as croissants and cookies. There were a couple of vegan options which are always great to see.I had bought peppermint tea with a vegan oat cookie. Both really nice and recommended.Great place to visit to buy your next book, read in the basement space or even crack on with some work.
