We fell across this lock whilst on a walk around Radcliffe and Shelford. I never knew it was here or so large. The area around it is beautiful.

Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary
Lovely spot where if you are lucky, you might view some fallow deer or roe deer. We saw these beauties still with velvet antlers in mid August 2023. Large car park and adjacent field popular with tourists and families for picnics. Please remember to never touch or feed any of the animals in the forest, keep away from them and watch from a safe distance.

Chelsea Gourmet Oriental Diner
The most cosy Chinese restaurant in London. Not only was the ambience superb, every single dish was very carefully crafted with great flavour. Great flavour and great portion too.

Great place to view the bridge. Pull in place is on the main road so be careful and there are a limited number of parking spaces, but if you get chance then pull over to admire the fantastic bridge from a great position.

Such a beautiful place to walk. The views are stunning. One of our dog walking favourite places to go.The worst part is driving up there because it's very steep and narrow!

Beautiful place with amazing views - its not difficult to climb if you stick to the road or there is a more tricky footpath which is slightly steeper although still very doable

Great place to come and visit. East to see great views just a short walk from parking lot. Lots of better views if you venture for a walk.
