I emailed my dissertation for printing, and of course was as nervous as could possibly be. They were calming and helpful and were fabulous at pointing out and guiding me through the process. The end product was fabulous and I seriously don't know how I would have got through the last part of the dissertation process had it not been for their support. It is not worth going anywhere else, I recommend them with my whole heart!

The Braze Head Bookshop & Gallery
The Braze(n) Head is one of those glorious little secondhand bookstores that, thankfully, manage to persist out in the wild. Situated in the village of Burnham Market on the north Norfolk coast, it's next to an equally marvelous hardware store (which seems small outside, but goes on forever). The bookshop is a ragtag procession of small rooms (upstairs) and a passage (downstairs) lined with carefully stacked and sorted books. There are sections for crime, history, children, art, regional info/history, fiction, horror, fantasy, and more, stretching a long way back and upstairs, too.By and large, reasonably priced and not beyond a little haggling, though I've never found much need—I would rather ensure the place remains open and active than scrimp on a few quid. It's worth checking in the window and the cabinet downstairs to see if they have anything special. I picked up a First Edition and also a nice slipcased Folio Society edition of The Spanish Inquisition. My fourth visit and will return when I next pass this way. Parking on the street, but also paid parking (c. 185 spaces) just down the road.

Friendly owner and full of charm. Always has discounted books out in the front for people to take a look at. Piano downstairs to play if you're able!

Institute of Contemporary Arts
Went to the Institute for the Close of Festival Party of the Opencity Film Festival. So I only experienced the lobby and the bar area where the hangout happened. The lobby has the feel of the reception of a bookshop, with books lined up in shelves on one side. You can buy books here. The bar was way too small in my perception or maybe there was just too much people for the party than the bar could take without looking so crowded. It began to feel crowded, so I left early.

Gemstone Detective
The Gemstone Detective is a very knowledgeable and useful site. Field gemmologists and travelling gem experts provide us with invaluable first hand factual information about rarely visited gem mines, and markets that are very often located in exotic and far off lands. The travel experiences are recorded in high quality publications which are crammed full with fantastic photos. I thoroughly recommend the Gemstone Detective .
