I would just like to thank Sarah and the team for an all round first class service, they delivered a very friendly and informative introduction to all aspects of the procedure and services optical express provides.

I was offered an extra detailed eye scan which I accepted. I have been coming to Boots Exeter for over a decade and always receive expert attention. This time there was no need to change my subscription and I was reassured that at my age so far there are no immediate worries.

Had an eye test done in a tiny booth by a machine linked up to a lady in Germany. I wasn't warned this was how it was done & wasn't happy. I've worn varifocals for years but the new prescription & glasses were clearly wrong. I was told my eyes just needed to adjust. After 3 months I gave up and went elsewhere where yes the prescription I had been given was very wrong.Should've gone to Specsavers.

Ordered this kettle in the sale for £13.00 day before it was due to be collected from the. Store got an email saying order could not be for filled due to being out of stock yet when I went onto website surprise surprise kettle was still available from the same store,only difference they had put price back up to £20.00 which is full price.this is not good practice and I will be putting this review on all social media platforms and review sites just to let everyone know what your doing.absolute disgrace.

Terrible customer service by Marlon (lady at customer service with no name badge on). Instead of taking feedback respectfully given to be passed on to her team, she preferred to preach to the customers about how the team should be working instead. What a waste of my time and energy!

Excellent experience- Regina( Optician) was very thorough and friendly, she took her time to explain things to me and helped me pick the frame most suitable for me.

My sister-in-law's first language isn't English. After being in an accident yesterday evening and having her frames bent, she found that other opticians in the city center weren't willing to help her. The helpful ones in the end were Murrays. The woman I talked to on the phone was fabulous. What kind, caring and professional staff. Twenty out of ten, so thankful!!

They got my prescription wrong, costing me more money, absolutely livid. Can't be having this, would not recommend. Typical asda tbh

I have always had such a positive and friendly experience whilst using the pharmacy itself......the staff especially the manager (chief pharmacist)is a knowledgeable and professional character who is always in a cheerful mood (as far as I have experienced).....its a very comforting thing to know that your local pharmacist is a person who knows the local community and its people who additionally hail from a wide spectrum ethnically and his communication skills are second to none......I have always appreciated his discretion in relation to my personal needs and medication requirements........so as far as I am concerned.....pharmacist of the month (if not year lolol) are definitely deserving for this guy....thank you....MATTHEW NARAGHI.....
