Great beginner percussion and dance classes and a tight, experienced bateria with close ties to Mocidade's school in Rio. Hands down the most welcoming, most fun escola in the UK ;)

Danço samba num grupo na Suíça uma vez por semana e procurei trabalhar um pouco mais a minha técnica. As mother, it was difficult to find a recorded class, because I can't be always on time for a class. So I tryed Liani's online class which contains very good explications - step by step - and the technique of samba as well as a choreo. I improoved with these classes and it is fun! I hope to get to know personally this powerfull woman who Liani is!

My experience at the London School of Samba has always been very pleasant since I joined in 2016. I felt welcome and had lots of fun during both classes and performances. I have found very good friends in there ☺️

Excellent experience taking a class with Liani! She teaches Samba technique with passion and great knowledge, paying attention to stamina, musicality and authenticity. Lots of great tips and tricks to level up your samba - highly recommended!

A fantastic samba school where everyone is really friendly. I have been dancing with them for 7 years and love everything about the school. Dancing in Notting hill is amazing and we also go to Germany and Brazil to dance . It is very welcoming for beginners and a nice bunch of people, I especially love their queen. She is a fantastic dancer and also an amazing teacher. I really recommend their classes!

I really love Liani‘s online classes. She is a passionate dancer and puts so much effort in her classes. It is always challenging but fun at the same time and I can absolutely recommend taking her classes

A wonderful evening for our Scouts taking part in Swan Samba's drumming workshop. Not only fun and active but Gary's enthusiastic, dynamic teaching style meant that the children were fully engaged in learning new drumming skills.

I joined LSS in 2019 when I moved to London from overseas. I had played samba with other groups, but I still had/ have alot to learn and have found the teaching fantastic- it’s a very supportive environment to develop your samba skills no matter what level you’re at. I’ve made some lovely friends through LSS. It will always be a ‘home’ for me in London.
