Excellent service and very experienced.

I was offered an extra detailed eye scan which I accepted. I have been coming to Boots Exeter for over a decade and always receive expert attention. This time there was no need to change my subscription and I was reassured that at my age so far there are no immediate worries.

I had an earwax removal procedure this week. The service was professional and reassuring. Care was taken and everything was patiently explained. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent service and importantly, my hearing is crystal clear.

My husband went to this shop to purchase a fully adjustable bath board. He took a drawing of the bath with full measurements. They only had one and he was told it was fully adjustable along the length of the board. However once sold it would be non returnable for health and hygiene reasons. On arriving home he discovered that the board was not fully adjustable and would therefore not fit the bath. I phoned the shop and spoke to the sales person who denied telling my husband that it was fully adjustable. My husband is a design engineer so his measurements were accurate. He also is not a liar. We could have purchased one online with a full description of adjustable, but we like to support local shops but on this occasion we were let down.

I tried to ignore my deteriorating hearing; I had always been so proud of my sharp senses. Finally my son-in-law, who has been looked after by Ian for more than 20 years, persuaded me to have a test. How I wish I had done it sooner! Ian was so understanding and explained exactly what I needed. My hearing aids are now a vital part of my life. No more teasing from the family because I have misunderstood a comment, no more failing to follow the grandchildren's parts on stage, no more missed jokes, no more subtitles! Everyone in the West Bridgford practice is so helpful and welcoming; my follow-ups have been excellent, useful and informative but also a chance to catch up on news and gossip.. Thank you Rita, Jane, Louise and Ian. I feel totally part of the Arnold Hearing family!

Daniel welcomed me warmly before checking my suitability for the wax removal procedure I'd booked in for. He explained clearly what he was going to do and asked if I was okay as he did it. The final result was very pleasing. All in all, a positive experience.

Went to Specsavers to get new glasses and sunglasses for big holiday coming up. Was helped to choose, given all information and treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I am delighted with my new glasses.

I spent £850 on a pair of glasses, I told them I didn't want varifocals, but that is what they gave me in the end. Totally useless as I can't read a thing out of them. In the end a total waste of money and am now using a £2 pair from wilkos' Also spend £500 on a pair for my husband, he has since died so as no use for them. £1500 and a total waste of money. Just wanted a pair that I wouldn' have to keep taking on and off again.

Had my contact lens appointment with Jenny is amazing and so patient. I have my new lenses and super pleased with them. Thanks again Jenny for your help.

I've been to Scrivens over the last 2 years and been on Dreamvision, the lenses you wear overnight so you can see in the day. The staff couldnt have been any more helpful and are always very friendly.
