Absolutely amazing place so peaceful. Me and the kiddies often walk around here and feed the ducks on way round

The Milebuilding Club
A great concept to help build miles and enable inexperienced sailors (like me) to gain experience in the presence of knowledgeable people. I did a ‘trial’ sail with Paul and the club last week, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I learned quite a lot in just this one day and will hopefully be joining the club in the near future.

Manor Park Sailing Club
I trained at Manor Park in 2018, got my level 2, bought a boat and never left. Great friendly racing all through the winter

West Reservoir Centre
Nice enough place but £11 for a swim, and you can’t pay on entry (you have to book through the terrible Better app) is a bit steep. Heath ponds are nicer and only £4.Way too many rules - you have to wear their colour swim caps (no black swim caps allowed for some reason) and they make you swim with a float. They even make you get in and out of the water in one place. All feels a bit restrictive. Fine but about as far from a wild swim as you can get.Cafe is great, will be back for that.If visiting London and want an outdoor swim, skip this place and go straight to the Heath ponds.

Premier Sailing | RYA Training Courses
I’ve just completed RYA Day Skipper practical over two weekends which was really good, lots of valuable experience gained, great instruction from the instructors (thank you both). The boat was well equipped, comfortable and well stocked with good food, the meals went down very well. thanks to all the Premier team!!

Rickmansworth Sailing Club
Joined the club 3 years ago to return to sailing after many years away. The wife and I went for levels 1 and 2 courses and got very good instructors. Jonathan and David were awesome! The club has an amazing atmosphere, very family friendly and before covid many social events took place there. Even though I don't own a dinghy anymore and am veered into Sailing Yachts now I'm still a proud memeber and looking forward for the Sunday lunch return. Highly recommended!
