Recently had a new back door fitted including re-use of my old cat flap - sales through to fitting all did a great job, friendly team and prompt replies. The back door looks great and does a great job of keeping the heat in.Highly recommended!

We decided to use Peerless Windows after researching a number of local and national firms to fit a new double glazed rear door. We have been really happy with all aspects of the process, from the first appointment which was very clear and informative to the installation itself which was quick, tidy and, most importantly, excellent workmanship. Our door was made to measure and fits perfectly and all the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and punctual throughout. The whole process was so effortless I couldn't ask for more. Had my new door fitted door and the quality of the door and the workmanship of the fitted is excellent .Brilliant service and would highly recommend them.

Creative UPVC removed and replaced 4 large bay windows for me. I was nervous as they were a huge feature on our house so making them perfect was crucial. I am so happy I used Creative, they were amazing. The guys were meticulous and finished the windows of to a perfect standard, and the whole time the were here they were polite and tidy. Even our neighbours commented on how polite you guys were and they enjoyed watching you work. The windows look great, the house has been transformed back to life. I smile every time I pull up on the driveway! Great jobs guys and thank you so much!!

Poor communication throughout. They wrongly assumed party wall could be used and was almost built upon. Project was not managed and relied on us chasing and directing them. Got the impression they lost interest half way through the project and certainly no pride in their work towards the end. We were led to believe some items (eg skirting and step) were included as they were discussed and measured during survey. Then told they weren't included and we'd have to pay extra. Plastering at base of wall so poor that we have no choice but to add skirting ourselves. Finished project was not checked at the end and left very untidy (dirt, dust, cement and plaster left on new frames). 5 stars for chasing interim payments other than one occassion when they called at 8am for £3k as a crew was en route (but we hadn't been asked for payment/sent invoice before then). This is a short review but I could write a book on the shortcomings. Overall, construction seems solid (so far so good) and the crews were friendly and professional. Sour taste left in the mouth by a list of problems and I certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone.
