I have been swimming with Chase for 9 years and have still enjoy training there. Swimmers and coaches are so supportive and have helped me improve my swimming a lot. There is several squads for all different ages and abilities and would highly recommend for swimmers looking for a good club to join.

The administration team (Mainly Gareth) is very responsive for my short noticed booking. The instructor (Tim) is absolutely professional!I am a complete beginner. Tim gets me comfortable and more confident with water in just 2 hours. I feel motivated to learn more with him. I should have booked lessons with Swimnow earlier.I had a few venue issues in the first two lessons tho. It’s not very ideal - pool leaking, shower not working for two days(I don’t know it’s just my luck or Hilton needs to improve its facilities). But once the problems are solved in my third lesson, it’s a perfect location and pool to have 121 lessons.

Spondon is a fantastic swimming for masters swimmers of all abilities. The pool times are really convenient and everyone is really friendly. Improved massively from when I started and even competed for the first time in 40 years. Highly recommend.

Great Club! Fantastic resources available from dive boats, air compressor, oxygen and club rooms. Brilliant instructors and the most welcoming and friendly club members.

I have been a loyal customer for nearly 3 years and sent both my boys to Puddleducks since they were around 6 weeks. They’ve developed into happy little swimmers with so much confidence in the water & set them up with a key skill for life. It’s not just been great for teaching them to swim, but was also crucial for my wellbeing in the early months as I was able to chat to new mums/dads, make friends & bond with my baby. The instructors and customer service have been absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend PD to all parents!

Generally good. It's not an expensive place, charging £13 for a family of 4. The slide and rapids were on. The place has a hot tub also. The kids loved it there. I wish they'd turn the heating up by 1c - it would make a big difference I'm sure.

Nice clean gym although on the small side and some of the material in the equipment is taped over to hold it together. Changing and shower facilities are good although again it’s on the small side. Choice of classes is good and better than Total Fitness and membership is cheaper with no contract which is a plus.

great range of activities and friendly staff had a great day out doing the segways and human table football would recommend to anyone looking for a fun day out
