Bad experience at this branch, had two front wheels put on and they messed up the balancing and the alignment leaving the steering wheel crooked with a huge shake over 40mph.Thankfully, while we were travelling we swung passed the Cirencester branch of ATS who wonderfully corrected the mistake and fixed the balancing and alignment - which they confirmed was way out. Have left a 5* review on that branch for the great service - but a real shame about the experience at Aldershot.

Excellent from start to finish. Tyre repaired and back on the road in 45 minutes. Manager, Kartik, very helpful.

Horrible horrible service we received. Bought a car from them and even paid 200 for admin free was promised the car would be fully valeted and scratches would be taken care of. Received the car it was still dirty and nothing was done on top for the scratches. Tried to get them to book me on to have it fixed keep getting no reply to my calls just being told someone will call me back and no one would call me back.Didn't receive any paperwork kept having to call them to get v5 as they said they would do it thorough their portal took over a month to receive. Had to keep emailing then back and forth to get receipts and paperwork.Also was missing a button for media control, called so many times kept being told we are investigating we will call you back and no calls back. Took them almost 2 months to get me a button sent out and the one I received didn't even fit. Called them up told them was just told someone will call me back but no one did. At this point I got so fed up just went to the tayota garage and got it myself.Would seriously avoid these guys very unprofessional just wanted to sell of the car and didn't care for the customer once the sale went through.

Had an appointment to fit my tyres today, the person with the glasses was dealing with me (didn't catch his name). The guy had a completely stinking attitude right when I walked into the store. He straight away complained I was late when I was only 7 minutes late (had traffic on the way), then whilst I was sitting waiting for my tyres to be fitted he's having a long chat with a colleague. Didn't do a great job either each tyre had a different PSI, had to get them re-aired at Tesco. Very amateurish I have to say don't expect a high standard here or decent customer service.

I've been using Britannia in Nuneaton for a lot of years, so I dropped in today, for a pre MOT tyre check. First plus point was that they were checked within 5 minutes, and the second? They were all fine. I know it's a simple job, but the service and cheerful approach was typical, so thanks! I hope I'm not going back anytime soon, but I'll always go to, and will always recommend ,Britannia to anyone. OK, so you may have to wait a while, but that's because they're popular....and good!

Great service from the staff in fitting 4 new tyres, however I'd also booked/paid for a wheel alignment which I was subsequently informed they could not do as my car had 'lane assist'. Something wrong with the ATS web booking system clearly and I've got to wait a week for the refund. Irritating.

Just going to add my own review of the team at ATS Euromaster, Merthyr. Today they changed my tyres on my lease vehicle and, as I have been every time, I was impressed by the service, speed and attitude of the whole team.I will always look to use ATS Euromaster Merthyr for all my tyre and servicing needs - every time I've done so I've been impressed and tremendously satisfied.Huge shout out to Andrew who clearly values his relationship with his customers and always looks to ensure he goes above and beyond in ensuring they're happy with the service provided.All garages should use this as a model for a great customer experience.

Quick turn around for my battered A3 but a good job. Hankook tyres are pretty good as it turns out no complaints at all.
