Really really great service from the entire team especially Graeme! Very helpful worked with our needs as a family and ensured we got the best vehicle for us a price we could afford. Went above and beyond to keep us updated and very quick to get the new car ready for us. I would highly recommend Infiniti as a brand but also this branch for its service. Very very happy with the car!

I had a very unfortunate experience at Infiniti Birmingham. I thought the sales team were uninterested in selling cars. I telephoned several times, always told the salesman would get back soon. The one day, I waited from 10.30 am until 17.30 pm to receive a call back. And this was after I had already paid a deposit on a car.The salesmen seemed to want to talk over me, perhaps hoping I wouldn't pull out of the deal. Well sorry, your lack of judgement led me to cancel my purchase. I didn't feel special. Perhaps the sales team are only interested in corporate deals, because they failed with this customer.Very poor service. Although, I must give special thanks to the ladies, especially Deena, at Infiniti Birmingham, who in my opinion, gave infinitely better service than the men.

I needed service parts for an FX 30d, after being told not in stock at Reading, Birmingham and Stockport and not able to deliver I tried Glasgow who were extremely helpful. They had the part a lot cheaper than the others could get it for and was with me the next day. If you need parts go to these guys. Fantastic cars buy one quick! I cant understand why everybody doesn't drive Infiniti!

This has to be the best experience of buying a car for me. Not only did i find an amazing car, the service i received was great, easy and Josh could not have done more. I felt so looked after and the very unexpected unveiling of the car when collecting it just made it so special!Josh even took me to drop my hire car back.One very happy customer!

I emailed about a warranty issue on my car on the Friday night and Saturday morning got a call to go and get the car assessed!Surprised by the speed of service and ease of the website. Nice friendly staff and excellent showroom. My Q50 will be looked after here.

From the first phone call to the delivery of my classic car. Charles and his team have be quite simply amazing.Unfortunately I damaged the car after my motorcycle fell on it. We also had a couple of other small warranty issues so Charles came down and picked the car up. The warranty work was fixed and as they knew the car I instructed them to carry out the body repairs.I was kept well informed throughout the whole process including photos at all stages of the repair.My pride and joy is home again and looking amazing.My only complaint with them is they are not closer to me.

Parts and service would never recommended to anyone!!! Avoid.

Terrible customer service. I have been messed around so much by these people, which led me to the point where I have cancelled the Q30 that I had planned on getting after two months of waiting. After several trips to the dealership, there was no change. Typical, basic car salesman which I am surprised still have a job if they treat everyone in a similar was to me. I am now waiting on my deposit to be refunded after a call earlier today that said they had refunded it, however this has just turned out to be another one of there lies. They will say anything to delay you from calling them and quite frankly I am tired of hearing 'I'll call you back' or 'I'll get back to you' as this was never the case. If this was not enough to put anyone off, then do yourself a favour and DO NOT deal with Mo or the manager Joe, because they are the most unreliable and inconsistent salesman I have ever met.

Call to book service and a i had chat with a girl very unpleasant and with altitude. Avoid going there. Better see infiniti St.Albans.
