We were having problems with smells at a customers house and we traced it to their treatment plant. I gave CPD a call as they were local and discovered they are a new business, but after speaking discovered they have so much experience. They came out and found that the air wasn’t getting in and the plant had stagnated. It was a broken pipe which was repaired there and then. The engineer explained how everything works and 2 days later the smells have completely gone. I will definitely recommend them to others.

DAB Pumps
Absolutely awful service from this company.I have a new build home which was unfortunately fitted with a DAB pump, primarily to feed the power showers.One pump failed within 2 years resulting in a £500 bill to replace it.The next has developed problems at the just 1 year mark and they refuse to assist and supply parts under warranty.The sales rep couldn’t be more rude and unhelpful.Please consider the after service on offer before having any of their products fitted.If you have any issue it’s likely you will be left to resolve it yourself.
