Fantastic activity even if my lityle one gave up after 10minutes and watched my phone for the rest of it

I have enjoyed visiting razzle dazzle pots in the past but won’t be returning. When collecting my pot, I was given someone else’s instead of mine. I was told my pot would be tracked down and I would be contacted. Over a 3 week period I received no phone calls and ended up visiting the shop twice more for updates. My pot wasn’t found and they seemed keen for me to have a voucher or revist. My pot had taken me about 2 hours to paint for which I have nothing to show and I didn’t want to repeat another 2 hours to paint a new one, so I asked for and was given a refund. I have been left with the impression not much effort was given to finding my pot. A better system for identifying pots is needed to prevent this happing again.

First time visiting when we has our daughter's 6th birthday party at ferry potty. Everyone had a great time and Martyn and and Erin were great at making everything run smoothly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I dropped and broke the lid to my beloved Brown Betty I've had for years. I was very happy to discover that Cauldron Ceramics sold replacement lids. It came very quickly and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

A wonderful day! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and we had a great short experience day of pottery.It was a great atmosphere and everyone could have a laugh together.A really fun couple of hours at the flying potters.

What a lovely pottery painting experience, right from booking the reservation for our table up to walking out the door with a smile on our faces.A great selection of pottery pieces to choose from. Which are all reasonably priced.Lots of vibrant colours to choose from.Hot and cold drinks and food to purchase too at good prices.Smiley staff )Highchairs available for younger ones.Just a really lovely experience IMO. ☺️"

Fun for all ages and lovely home baking

Great products and excellent service. Very accommodating of my ideas for a bespoke set of espresso cups and saucers. Great communication, I was kept in the loop every step of the way and my order was made for me in good time. I’ll be coming back for a set of bowls next!

Fantastic place, very friendly shop owner. Had a good few hours in the shop painting with our little girl who is 5 months old. Made a few foot prints on pottery items. The man in the shop was hands on helpful with the foot prints. Gave us all advice with choices of colours and painting techniques.Great experience highly recommended, will be returning in the future.
