Fantastic company and staff to deal with - excellent quality scooter racks. I recently purchased one of the 'easy' tow ball type scooter racks from another company. This proved to be unreliable. It was held on by just one securing pin with all weight on the tow ball itself. It leaned backwards, rocked from side to side and was generally not reassuring at all - even with a 105kg 50cc scooter. 2 meters of scooter rocking about one fixing point from my engineering minds point of view is just asking for trouble.I done my research and found Armitages scooter racks. The extra bit of money was well worth it. The quality is flawless and the rack folds to within about 12-14 inches of the back of my motorhome when not in use. It attaches directly to the tow bar extensions on the left and right, not the tow ball. I collected and installed myself and Armitages - Thomas and one of the engineers gave me plenty of tips and help.Do not cut corners with cheap racks if you want the assurance that your scooter is in place securely.Top marks to Armitages, many thanks guys.

Superb service from Ifor Williams. Phoned up as I needed a plastic clip for my Ifor Williams hard top. Straight through to spares department, no waiting, man knew exactly which part I wanted to purchase, I was more than happy to pay for the clip but he offered to post one plus a spare free of charge as they are only small. Very good service and good products.

Fitted a towbar to a jeep of mine a couple of years ago. Done a great job and it was well priced. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

shocking,been in the trade for 30 years,and never had such attrocius after sales service .great trailers but sales ,parts and dispatch staff need an attitude adjustment..old story got yer money but the service is an optional extra.
