We nipped in on the off chance to price up at cruise. Bev was really welcoming and spent the time to find out exactly that we wanted came up with a couple of options. Bev was able to talk through the various options using her knowledge and experience to recommend options based her personal experiences. Dealing with Barrhead was a breeze and any questions we've had since booking have been answered quickly. Great service, would recommend.

Worst policies and customer service.I have spent over 7 hours on the phone with them after they cancelled my flight. Each time giving me false information or hanging up on me. They are not agile, not available, and not responsive. They can't find solutions to problems they caused.I have had way better experiences with low cost companies, so they are definitely not worth the money.

Very helpful staff, who took the time to listen; clearly expert at finding possibilities and giving me a real choice of travel times and hotels in my destination city. Mina was also great at explaining the routine at the airport and what the arrangements could be re collection of boarding pass/ or using a phone version. Thank you very much!

This company engages in what I believe are deceptive business practices. I was scheduled to fly American Airlines from Pittsburgh, PA, USA, to NYC on 29 Sept to attend an important event. Unfortunately, there was a severe storm in NYC and my original flight was cancelled.I admit I was a bit frantic (as were others at the flight gate) to reschedule, and likely was not paying as much attention as I should have. But when a message appeared on my phone to call Flight Assist" for help in rebooking. I thought the message came from American Airlines; unforunately it didn't.The person with whom I spoke never identified himself as being with a different company and promised I could be rebooked for the flight that afternoon under the same reservation booking number. However I was told I would have to pay U.S.$231 for that to happen. When I challenged that

Charlotte provided the smoothest travel experience I think I've ever had - she responded to my emails practically before I'd even sent them and had my flights and accommodation for a last minute trip booked within a couple hours!She answered all my questions clearly and consisely, even the kinda stupid ones, and was so reassuring when I was anxious about not being able to make my flight due to a last minute COVID near-miss.Cannot recommend enough!

WHERE TO BEGIN WITH THIS HORRENDOUS REVIEW………I made a phone call to this company and booked a flight for my Grandaughter on the 13th of September. I was quoted a price and paid the £500 deposit as requested there and then over the phone. I was told they would email me the confirmation the following day, I have rang them every day (three times a day) for email confirmation with no reply. When I have managed to get through to someone they have passed me around to different “members of staff”(who speak poor English!) who keep promising to send the email confirmation. Eventually on the 20th of September I spoke to Maddy, who then proceeded to send me the confirmation of the booking that is dated the 20th September, which was not the day that I booked it. The price was also £600 higher than originally quoted! I told them if this was the case I was cancelling the booking, he said he recorded calls and I asked for the transcript knowing he was lying over the price. They will not refund me my money, I am speaking to the credit card company as this truly must be a SCAM.“STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY”.
