Honeydew Cucumber Blast

1 cup of honeydew, peeled and cubed

½ cup of cucumber, chunked

½ plain Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon of agave or honey

3 – 4 ice cubes

water to max line

 

Vegetable Blast

½ – 1 beet, scrubbed and cubed

1 medium carrot, chopped, or small handful of baby carrots

½ cucumber with skin, chopped

handful of spinach

1 small tomato, chopped

1 tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice

small handful of pumpkin seeds, raw

1 tablespoon of honey, optional

2 – 3 ice cubes

water to the line

 

 Morning Blast

1 banana

½ orange

½ cup of pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

½ cup berries, any combination, fresh or frozen

handful of spinach

¼ cup of almonds, raw

2 – 3 ice cubes

water to line

 

Baby Kale Blast

1 apple with skin, cubed and seeded

2 large handfuls of baby kale

1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

2 – 3 ice cubes

water to line

 

Detox NutriBlast

½ regular size cucumber with skin (or a whole organic mini Persian cucumber);

1 celery stalk cut up in chunks

1 small handful of cilantro

1/8 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 peeled carrot cut up in chunks

½ cup unsweetened pure coconut water

Fill to max line with filtered or spring water
